Where are you based?
The Albatross Cleaning office is based in South Bristol.
Which locations do you cover?
As well as working in our hometown of Bristol, we also work with lots of clients in Bath and across the wider South West. Our area expands from Bridgewater to Cheltenham and Trowbridge to Newport. See coverage map here
Do you have a price list?
Rather than having a set price list we assess each job individually and provide a tailored and what we believe to be a fair price for the work. Rest assured, we always work hard to deliver exceptional results at competitive prices.
Will I have to provide my own cleaning products?
Absolutely not. We won’t go anywhere near your cleaning cupboard (Unless it’s to clean inside or dust the top of it). Our cleaners will always arrive fully briefed on the work they need to complete and equipped with the products they need to get the job done.
Is there a minimum numbers of hours that you work?
Yes, our cleaners will visit for a minimum duration of two hours per visit. We believe you would not be getting good value from our services if we left any sooner.
How often do you come?
We can come as regularly as you require. Depending on the cleaning service you like our team can certainly visit you on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
How will I be asked to pay?
We typically ask that all work is paid for on the day the service has been received, either in cash or by BACS. However, for larger pieces of work we can provide an invoice. This is very much on a case by case basis.
Are you sympathetic when dealing with bereavement clearances?
Yes, we realise that clearing a deceased family members or close friends property can be very stressful for people. We therefore treat the property and belongings with upmost respect and work to clear instruction.
What is your take on fly-tipping?
We abhor the practice and take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. We are fully licensed for waste disposal at dedicated waste and recycling centres. We also donate what we can to charities whenever possible.
