Used these guys after we had some building work done. Cleaned the entire house very professionally and with great care, they planned how they were going to clean to get the best result and made sure they had the right materials before starting. Full deposit returned! We used Albatross Cleaners to undertake a full end of tenancy clean of two rental properties. They arrived promptly, thoroughly cleaned both properties as instructed and left them in excellent condition. This resulted in us getting our full deposits back. The cleaners were professional, friendly, communicative and helpful and they were kind enough to provide an itemised receipt detailing everything they had done so that we could pass this on to the letting agency. Would 100% recommend them for this kind of work, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Rob and the team truly went above and beyond with our end of tenancy clean! Moving house can be so so stressful and with us moving out of Bristol, we weren’t easily available to run backwards and forwards. This company is outstanding i made a call hoping to book in a End of Tenancy Clean and all carpets cleaned Rob and Colleen turned up 10 minutes before the start time fully equipped I was waiting outside the whole time as the landlord dont want me leaving keys with anyone and I was asked to look around before the carpets was cleaned so I did and the result from this company was just absolutely perfection not 1 fault so I went back outside so they could get on with the Carpet cleaning around 30 minutes past when I heard a bang there machine blew up so I started to worry and Rob came out very apologetic and said its OK he will be back in 30 min as need to get another 1 came back 20 min later and finished the job . The landlord was so impressed that he wanted the companies phone number to start using them all the time I had all my deposit back no questions ask and I thank both the cleaners that turned up and the company for employing 2 of the most amazing staff and they mentioned that the company always looks out for them this is just a god send well done.
